At Scientia Academy we use PE Hub to guide and build physical education lessons and to focus on the progression of key skills, merging these lessons into a broader skill set across a range of sports.

We have designed our curriculum with pupils' learning at the centre. We recognise that a curriculum has to be broad, balanced and offer pupils opportunities to grow as individuals as well as learners. Our curriculum gives pupils the opportunity to develop deep knowledge through a wide range of subjects, projects and learning experiences.

We intend to deliver a high-quality physical education curriculum, which inspires our pupils to develop physically, mentally, emotionally, socially and morally. We aim to provide opportunities to compete in competitive sport, whilst building character, embedding our school values and creating a life-long love of physical activity and sport.
